2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free International Shipping: We currently offer free standard international shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary by destination — see the country-by-country breakdown in section 8 below. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- FTBL is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. However, if you need help with filing a claim, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at support@ftbl4all.com.

6. Customs and Import Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
- FTBL is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ftbl4all.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
